Healthy. Happy. Holy.

Healthy. Happy. Holy tells the stories of four second-generation Western Sikhs. The film follows them from their early childhood in the American Sikh Sangat, to their years in Indian boarding schools and their return to the United States as teenagers. The film also looks to the future, going to the current boarding school where the next generation of Western Sikhs is growing up. - by Adithya Sambamurthy

Great

Great documentary. I hope "real" sikhism grows rapidly over U.S.A and other parts of the world. I salute esponala sikhs for their great effort. I SALUTE YOU. Being born in a Indian family, having faced almost no racism in Canada, I know how tough it was to fit in. BUT Now that I'm a older, I'm glad I made the choice to stick with sikhism.
